I tested BigRRedCroc 0.3 yesterday on my "new" V1000 card. The results are amazing. I played through the first 3 levels and all sound and graphics were perfect. I know the V2x00 series would do even better, but playing Croc on my K6-250 with the V1000 felt like a P133 and Voodoo for speed. When I (finally) get my Thriller I'm sure I'll be even happier.
It's strange, but it feels funny to have spent only $40 on my V1000 card and get to play Voodoo game(s). I'm sure more will work soon. Thanks Marvin, Jeff C and Chris L.
